Super excited to open our additional 500sq meters of training space next door! It’s literally a sea of rubber! All of the barbells. All of the burpees. Everywhere you go. The addition includes another full monster rig with 8 bays of squatting. Muscle ups bars and rings. 4×20 meter sled track. New showers and toilets. (Actually separated 😜) Very excited to unveil this to everyone. We have been growing so we want to grow the space to accommodate all guest. We always have had open gym available all day but now we have even more room for you who do your own programming and need more space! Come enjoy it starting Saturday!
Saturday is also the final @crossfitgames Open workout 17.5!
We will be celebrating with a FREE BBQ and will have tubs available of a beer, soda water, coconuts and protein shakes.. Bringing in 2 chefs to man the BBQ from 10am on… Come join us. Take a look at the new space. Crack open a cold one and eat some chicken!

Proud of this dynamic duo @bizliz58 @laneyelf for staying true and never giving up. I’m proud of all my students and guests that give it 110% effort. I see so many of them sticking around after. Practicing kipping. Double unders. Gymnastic And lifts. We only get an hour a day and most people know I cram a ton into that hour of education and movement standards. But the real key to getting better is practicing. 10 min extra per day from what your classes gives you will yield you some amazing Benefits.
Ever wonder why you suck at double unders. It’s because you don’t practice your doubles unders. Practice them every other day. Practice your beat swings (Kip). Find consistency. As the brilliant coach @jamitikkanen has said before. (And I’m paraphrasing) “Consistency will give you speed. Not the other way around”
Be efficient. Don’t miss reps. Don’t rush through bad movement standards. Be relentless in finding your consistency.
