My first PR for a 1 rep max in anything since just prior to the 2015 Games (so almost a year and a half).
Makes no sense but I'm so fucking pumped!
Also, yes I get this isn't the prettiest lift but I was able to pull it high enough to catch above parallel so I'm fucking stoked @crossfit @crossfittraining @canggucommunity
